My Philosophy

 I believe in the healing power of a meaningful connection through touch. My philosophy is centered around providing a space and time where my clients can relax and recenter their minds and bodies through therapeutic massages and a caring touch. 

Services

  I specialize in three advanced modalities: Deep work with Myofascial Release (MFR), Craniosacral Therapy (CST), and Traditional Gua Sha. I am continually working on mastering these techniques to provide you with exceptional care. Each of my services is designed to address specific needs and provide therapeutic benefits. Traditional Gua Sha, in particular, is utilized to address scar tissue and a variety of other conditions, enhancing the overall effectiveness of my treatments.

About Jennifer

 I have a deep-rooted passion to help people feel and move better in their body. Every second of our life, we are aging, but aging does not have to be associated with any negative thoughts. Aging can happen in wellness. This is the core of my approach to my work with my clients. Gain or regain wellness with the help of a caring touch. I like to spend time discussing and understanding my client’s history and areas of concerns in their body to tailor a very unique experience to meet their needs and expectations. No matter if you are recovering from a full hip replacement, training for your next triathlon or Spartan race, or if you need a dedicated space and time to reset from your daily life, I will work with you to bring the best out of our session.
