Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a pain free, light touch therapy to the spine, sacrum and cranium to engage and relax the nervous system. It uses the body's self correcting mechanism to foster positive changes. Some of the benefits of CST: alleviates chronic pain and headaches, reduces stress and anxiety. It also enhances overall physical and emotional health and promotes relaxation and sleep by restoring a balanced nervous system.

Deep Work with Myofascial Release:

Myofascial Release is a treatment aiming to relieve pain and restrictions in your myofascial tissues (connective tissues that support the health of your muscles). I will work with targeted pressure that will affect your deep tissues. This treatment is great for people with limited range of motion and or restriction and pain that traditional massages can not address. Please wear sports shorts and sports bra (women). This type of treatment will not use lotion. This is a pain free modality.

Add on - Addressing Menopause's symptoms with Gua Sha:

Gentle and effective method combining traditional Gua Sha techniques with other holistic approaches such as Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Myofascial Release (MFR). Together, these methods can help alleviate hot flashes, night sweats, and hormonal imbalances. Gua Sha promotes blood circulation and balances the body's energies, providing relief and improving overall well-being during this transitional phase.
